The majority of sign ordinance updates prepared for our clients are completed as part of an overall Zoning Ordinance amendment.

In the past three years, CWA has completed a number of Zoning Ordinance amendments including sign regulation updates.

Improved graphics have been included in the document using new software technology. The graphics complement the text to make the Ordinance more user-friendly. Such graphics better illustrate the ordinance requirements such as sign regulations. These Ordinances are designed not only for hard copy but also online use, with hyperlinks provided to allow cross-referencing between sections of the Ordinances.
