The National Brownfields Training Conference is coming back to Detroit in 2023
This annual conference is coming back to Detroit after 15 years, on August 8-11, 2023!
A brownfield is defined as any previously developed land that is not currently in use.
The event is for all levels of experience and "features a dynamic educational program of speakers, discussions, mobile workshops, films and other learning formats that are calibrated to provide you with case study examples, program updates, and useful strategies for meeting your challenges head on." When the conference was last in Detroit, 6,000 guests from around the globe, as well as Detroit, attended and numerous real estate transactions for distressed and surplus real estate through the State of Michigan happened as a result.
