Macomb Township chooses CWA for continuing services

Macomb Township has retained us to provide planning and zoning services. We will provide onsite staffing several days per week, attend board and commission meetings and lead special projects.

How do you make sure that growth aligns with infrastructure? How does development on remnant property with unique constraints fit into its surroundings? We look forward to helping the township meet those challenges.”

We have completed or are in the midst of several master plans for clients including Highland, Superior, Ypsilanti, Scio and Brandon townships, Berkley and Dexter. Ypsilanti and Berlin townships are also updating their zoning ordinances and Woodhaven is updating its DDA plan.

We helped Ann Arbor Township establish an ordinance that encourages homeowners to install solar panels to serve their electricity needs.
